Convenient location, wish it had...

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast- did not look appealing.
Disliked: No internet. A/C loud, room needs updating.

It was clean and comfortable...

Liked: Location was good and our room was on the first floor close to the exit, that was great for our dog.

Good value for the price

Liked: The atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet. B Madden at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Overall a very good room...

Liked: Plenty of space in our room and great water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: Wrong tv remote in room, several key card glitches to our room, the linens in our room were good except for a washcloth that was missing a corner (looked like it had been chewed up?), was extremely thin and probably should’ve been thrown out years ago. Gave it to desk staff to show to mgr/laundry personnel. No dish soap or sponge near kitchen sink to clean things.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms...

Liked: Shilo Inn is clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The location is great for Klamath Lake and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even had a grab and go breakfast on the morning.
Disliked: The property is a bit outdated, but it didn’t interfere with the quality of our stay.
