Liked: Location to event.
Disliked: They sent us to the wrong room, key didn't work, seen a different room number on the key and it worked. I called them to tell them they put us in the wrong room. They said they fixed it. Then a stranger entered our room with a key. I called them again and told them. When we came back from dinner our key didn't work. Went to the office and she reset it. She didn't even ask me for my name or ID. I could have said any room number. Then went to take a shower and there is no hot water. I called multiple times but no one would answer. I spoke with the front desk and they i can a full refund and leave or just live without water. The manager made it sound like was my fault for not knowing you need to run both sinks and the shower for 30 minutes before you get hot water.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The staff was informative.
Disliked: The room was not the cleanest. The staff informed us that the showers at the pool were dirty. Let's. Be thoroughly honest. One hot tub was ice cold and thw jets didn't work. It was also dirty. The other hot tub the jets barely worked but the water was murky. The main pool was filthy! I had to request a comforter for the 2nd queen. And a towel. They knew 3 people would be in the room and there were only 2 towels. There was no extra toilet paper and of course we ran out at 11 pm. Will not stay again!

Liked: The price and the location.
Disliked: There was old food in top drawer of the dresser. The fireplace didn't work and we had a spa tub in the room and only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Are key didn't work Sat evening so I went to the front desk to resolve the issue. They didn't ask for ID or anything they just made a key and I was on my way. I could've been anyone and they just gave me a key.

Disliked: Room was not the size promised. The shower had 1/2 used bottles of shampoo and conditioner on a shelf. It appeared the maid had not cleaned the bathroom. The carpet was dirty and gross. The front desk clerk was rude.
