Very Good - 4 out of 5

Margaret, Medford, visiting Moda Center Thu, 17 May 2018

Very pleasant; amenities in room were great; walking to Moda Center - very convenient.

Liked: Excellent location and front desk service.
Disliked: None.

L S, Kennewick, visiting Moda Center Mon, 26 January 2015

This is a small motel. Even though it has been "updated" you can still tell it's older. Hallways and entryways are narrow. The complimentary breakfast doesn't consist of much more than bagels, oatmeal, Danish and coffee. If all you need is a place to sleep it does the job. Perfect for anything at the Moda Center.

Liked: Close easy walk to the Moda Center. Very easy access to and from the Interstate.
Disliked: Very small bathroom.

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Teresa, Portland Rose Garden, visiting Wonder Ballroom Mon, 11 November 2013

I won't return. Room smelled - was supposed to be smoke free.

Liked: Front desk was friendly; good coffee in breakfast room.
Disliked: Bed was hard. Room very cramped. Smallest bathroom ever. Breakfast was very cheap - just a bagel and an orange.

Liked: Breakfast would of been great for someone that likes a light breakfast. Yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit and coffee. We decided on breakfast at nearby Dennys since my hubby is more of a meat and potatoes guy. Rooms were clean. The location is perfect for concerts at the Moda center and for shopping at the Lloyd center.
Disliked: Got to the motel and most of the parking spots were closed off with orange cones obviously saving them for special guests. WE ended up parking on an end space which was across the street from a group of homeless people and their tents drinking and being loud. Was barely out of the car when approached by a woman asking for $, on Shilo Inns property. The next morning there was a person sleeping in front of my vehicle in a sleeping bag. Never saw any security personnel around. I have stayed here on numerous occasions but after this last stay we wont be back. Which is a shame.

Disliked: The room was terrible: mold in the bathroom and the chair and coach had some kind of GROSS stains on them. the bed was ok, the staff said to go across the street for breakfast because the continental brk was not much

Disliked: Couple bathroom fixtures are old, made them them look dirtier than they are (they were clean) but that isn?t really a big deal
