Disappointing

Disliked: Poor facilities, poor shower.

Very enjoyable

Liked: Atmosphere and style and the story behind it all with the care and consideration that has gone into all the planning and building of it all. Loved the restaurant garden and food divine

Nice quiet and comfortable "hide-out"...

Liked: This is a nice cosy place just outside of Queenstown. There is some bus at the main road which stops or parking by car (space is there but it's not "unlimited"). They have a restaurant which is great, highly recommended (we had lunch there). Reception staff is friendly I believe there is even a sauna for the customers. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Overall a great place, highly recommended.
Disliked: As mentioned above space is limited in the car parking area but we always had one. Not much else to say really...

Good value accommodation..

Liked: Good restaurant, quiet
Disliked: They have a large bin under the wash basin on the right hand side that contains a hair dryer that I stubbed my toe on twice ! Quite painful. I then moved the bin to the left beside the toilet where there is little chance of stubbing your toes.

Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small and basic.

Horrendous hotel, we were booked...

Liked: This property was in a wonderful location, close to Queenstown centre and from the outside it looked beautiful
Disliked: The rooms were horrendous - our room smelt like old cigarettes, it was freezing, the heaters were not adequate enough, the carpet had a couple of stains. The projector we were given in replacement of the Tv was a disaster as there are no power points close enough to set it up for our child to watch easily. The shower water constantly went hot and cold and was very slippery.
