Disliked: Old, not well kept, poor service, poor amenities.

Liked: The room was really nice and I loved the balcony access
Disliked: The ajar room had plumbing issues which resulted in us smelling sewage for four hours, the door was stuck closed(needs to fix the system and poor internet services

Liked: It had parking and was easy to find. Walking distance to food.
Disliked: Would not let us check in until 5:30pm when check in was at 3pm. We literally had to sit in the car and wait. They couldn’t offer us another room either and request for compensation were ignored. Many bugs. Very thin walls especially if you are on the bottom floor. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. No peephole or deadbolt. Pin key entry didn’t feel safe and hard to use. No regular cleaning offered. Literally a super small ehhhh airbnb. Not a motel.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff. Very quiet.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It looked like the floor hadn't been properly swept in quite a while, all of the dishes in the cabinet needed to be cleaned. Had to ask for things like paper towels (totally out) and towels (only had two small towels in room despite reservation being for three people). The towels were hard and scratchy.

Human poop water shower

Liked: The location is amazing
Disliked: The shower was backed up, and filled with sewer water. Instead of giving us another room, we waited HOURS before it was fixed. The smell was awful. Then it happened again! They put us in another room, promised a discount. Over charged me on the nightly rate, and had to pay double.. the room was disgusting, the housekeeper used a swifter mop to clean up human poop.. I had to bleach it myself.. I mopped the floors and the water was instantly black.. I had animals, and kids.. the doors don't close, so I was concerned for them.. I am really disappointed with this experience, and honestly it stressed me out..
