Good for the price with...

Liked: For the price you pay at this location you can not expect nothing better than what they offer you.
Disliked: My beach front balcony room had no A/C.

Lovely staff, affordable and great...

Liked: This is our second time within a year visiting this specific property. In between we made an extra visit to miami but stayed at a different hotel but our preferred hotel is this one. The location is brilliant but most importantly the staff. Melinda and kay do an amazing job and the staff in the breakfast area are lovely.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were without WiFi in private areas for 2 days so could only access in the lobby area. The laundry facilities were not working for afew days too and there were issues with the pool and so it was unavailable for about 4 days in total. Had this been our first visit it would have impacted us wanting to stay again but it hasn't put us off as the staff and location are still very good. Not quite sure about the cleaning fee.

Disliked: I booked a partial ocean view balcony and didn't receive either. The air conditioner was broken. The customer service was terrible. I tried to get a refund to no avail. Ended up going next door and staying at another hotel.

Disliked: We arrive at the hotel and I have to park the car at a different hotel, after checking in,we are received in the room by 3 fans one was not working, A/C temperature 81 degrees, we complain and finally, 4 hours later, when I said to them that I was checking out and calling my credit card company was when finally they offered a different room with no balcony but the A/C was working, next day around 3 pm they move me to another room with a terrace, A/C was half working, we go out to the terrace an close the sliding door and had to spend 30 minutes trying to get back in, door track are rusted and the sliding door was stuck, finally the last day the was close and since the coastline was full of seaweed, we had no choice but to check out early and go to another place with a clean pool and coastline.This was the second time that I have A/C problems in that hotel with room with balconies and the staff admitted that yes, there is a problem with those rooms. I will never go back to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone.
