Disliked: The room was not clean—there was hair on the sink, which was quite off-putting. It was hot in London during my stay, and despite requesting a fan from reception, none was provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not up to basic standards.Overall, it felt overpriced for the standard offered.

Liked: Location and staff were excellent. They turned down our bedding every morning and made sure we were fully supplied with the essentials. They even gave us their fan to help shift the heat. Being so close to Victoria station really made our trip!
Disliked: The rooms were not air conditioned and the double bed was two singles pushed together. They are on wheely feet and move apart every night. One or both of us ended up in the middle gap on the floor which was amusing the first time it happened but quickly lost it's shine. Some of the fixtures and wallpaper are hanging off the walls. Overall the price, location and staff made the place for us.
