Ideal for London
Liked: The room may have been a little small, but this is London, excellent value for money, the room was clean and tidy, excellent shower and perfect location for Victoria or exploring further afield

This is not a real...
Liked: The only positive thing is the location, which is convenient for moving around the city.,
Disliked: This is not really a hotel — the “hotel” label is misleading and feels like a trap for anyone filtering by hotels or looking for a true 3-star stay. It’s simply a place to sleep, nothing more. There is no reception, no dining area, and absolutely no services you would expect from a hotel or even a proper bed and breakfast.Inside the room, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the space was extremely small, and the beds were really uncomfortable, which made resting difficult. There were also no basic toiletries like shampoo or conditioner — just the bare minimum.I wouldn’t recommend this if you expect anything beyond a bed and four walls.

not bad for the price,...
Liked: not too expensive - we payed 360€ for 3 nights 1 adult 1 child. the location is good, about 20-25min by foot to the city centre, 5-10min by foot to the victoria station and the best part was the bus going to the Luton airport only 7min away from the hotel (also by foot).the cleaning service showed up everyday even though we didn’t expect them to, so that was a nice surprise (made our bed, changed our towels and added more teas and coffees). had a pretty decent view from our window.
Disliked: probably the dirtiest hotel i’ve ever been to. the curtains had weird stains on them, the kettle was all dirty inside so we couldn’t even use it once. our bathroom was separate from the room, so we had to walk one floor downstairs to get to it, although it wasn’t the biggest problem - the biggest problem was all the dirt. the conditioning had dust all over it, the sink looked like it had mold all over it and wasn’t cleaned in a while. the shower was ok, however I could still tell that it wasn’t properly cleaned. what was weird is that our room was technically not in the same accommodation as the reception, so we had to walk for about 2-3mins outside to get to our room, but it was still in the same building. also the steps are very steep so it was hard to walk upstairs after a long day of walking 30-40k steps.

Horrible
Liked: The property was a disgrace, rooms look nothing like the pictures. Broken items hadn’t been replaced and the room and bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Definitely would not go back

Disappointing
Liked: The Hotel is located quite close to Victoria Station, and it's easy to get around London with both underground and bus. The rooms are small but fine if all you need is a place to sleep at night. Quiet neighborhood, so you can easily sleep with the windows open, and you have to in the summer as the hotel does not have aircon.
Disliked: The Hotel really needs a renovation. The first room we got had one missing and one broken night light, the window wouldn't stay open without the use of a wooden stick, the ceiling fan didn't work. Worst of all was an error on the fire alarm central system just outside the room, giving a loud bip sound every 7 second 24-7, making it hard to sleep. The staff was helpful to move us to a new room that was still showed signs of heavy use, but it was fine enough for the rest of the trip.
