comfortable and convenient for money

Liked: It is only a few minutes walking time from Victoria station and the bus stops that take you to the city centre where also only a few minutes away from the property which makes it convenient to get to places. The staff were very friendly and understanding and the rooms were spacious and comfortable enough to fit a family of 4. Very good for the price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Sketchy, possibility of bed bugs...

Liked: Very close to victoria coach station and victoria station where you can travel to the places you want to go to. The architecture around the hotel is visually pleasing and feels good to walk around. Can take many scenic photos. Convenient food shops 15-20 mins walk away so you can grab breakfast right after checking out.
Disliked: Booked a room for a family of four with 2 single beds and one double bed. We were told that hotel wifi was available but there was absolutely no internet connection when we tried connecting to it. Wasn't expecting the room to be great as it had cost us just under £300 for 2 nights so there really wasnt much expectations to begin with. The room looked clean, however, there were signs of water dampness from the corners of the room and the bathroom was a bit questionable. The beds LOOKED clean, however, there were bed bugs which made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and irritating getting little to no sleep. The price for this hotel is cheap, but it's not worth losing sleep over some bed bugs and a questionable bathroom. I think it's best to just book a hotel room that is reliable like premier inn (which seems more expensive, but a hotel room just shouldn't cost you your mental sanity and your sleep)

Disliked: STAIRS we booked 3 rooms and spoke to staff about getting a lower floor as some of the party have mobility issues they said it would be taken care of we arrived several months later to find we had 4 flights of stairs to the 1st small room which didn’t have towels 6 flights 2 the 2nd small room which had a mouse and 7 flights to the 3rd small room which was around the corner and hadn’t even been cleaned it still had used towels on the bathroom floor it was so bad the people who were meant to stay in that room had to find another hotel staff couldn’t of cared any less one of them even saying they don’t care
