Liked: Megan and Pauline work very hard to provide a comfortable, welcoming and restful hotel. Lovely cooked breakfast. It has more of the feel of a guest house, perhaps a beautiful 18th century guest house! Thank you for looking after us so well.
Disliked: Room 13 is close to the road, so a little noisy at times with the window open. The double sofa covered the fieplace in that room, it would be nice to have two single smaller chairs. But minor issues!

Liked: The staff were ok and when we needed something extra in our room , like water or tea, it was added.The building on the outside is lovely.
Disliked: On the inside, the facilities in the room was old, musky and could do with a deep clean.The wooden bed frame was thick with dirt and dust and the toilets weren’t much cleaner.The bed covers didn’t smell fresh and had an old musky smell - this could be due to the very old mattress and pillows.

Disliked: Cobwebs and dusty edges of carpets see images.Bed very lumpy mattress. Carpets very old, dirty and worn in hallways and our room.
