I will stay again if...

Liked: I was at the School Nurse Conference. The rooms were comfortable, the meals were above my expectations, easy access to all I needed, and the staff is very professional and almost everyone said good morning, good evening. and many thank yous.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked: Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are great.
Disliked: The bed in our room had a large crater in it. How does something like this get overlooked? Very disappointed when you pay for a room and this is the product you get.
