Exceptional

Good for a few days...

Liked: terrific location but very impersonal staff and systems around the hotel. Most staff new nothing about the facilities or systems for check in /breakfast etc. it is a wonderful central location, but that is about it.
Disliked: Pool system of people 'taking over' the pool area by very early gradbbing of lounges etc (most taken by 7am) was disappoitning. We didn't bother with the pool becasue of that and walked to the beach area instead.

It was acceptable but next...

Liked: Hotel was nice but not as extravagant as the photos and description described.. there was a hotel worker (big guy) named Lindsay and he was super nice and friendly the whole time we stayed every time he saw us he greeted us by name and made us feel welcome !
Disliked: Could have had better shops, more then 2 restaurants and we asked for rooms close together as our nanny was staying in one room with our kids they put us in the 28th and 16th floors so nowhere near each other.. the lobby by elevators on the 16th and 28th floors had an awful poop smell not sure what it was, and room service walked in on me completely naked even when I had a privacy sign on door.. then my 5yr old left her tablet behind and they charged us $62 to ship it back which was complete robbery!!
