Great location, massive hotel, too...

Liked: They did not have the room we booked, but eventually offered us an upgrade (after they asked us to choose between a twin room or being unable to shower for 11 nights) - the upgrade was excellent.
Disliked: Pool sunbeds were really really poor. They were in rows, with no space at all between them and no matresses. You could prebook with matress, but this was $125 per bed per day - unbelievable!!Restaurant was very poor, more like a cafe really, and the menu was very limited. There was no on-site restaurant. Breakfast restaurant was also very poor, dirty, dull and very expensive. Consequently, didn't eat there more than once.

Liked: The customer service at the concierge area and around the hotel was exemplary. The facilities are world class. The room met and exceeded my expectations. The Ocean waves sounds, amazing. The room size, beds were the most comfortable beds in hotels I have slept on. This was a dream room for a dream vacation.
Disliked: Loved everything.

Absolutely fantastic worth every penny...

Liked: Everything was fantastic the room was clean and modern the beaches were unreal all the extra amenities and stores in the hotel/resort make your stay that much easier and relaxing ! 10000% will be back ! Thank you all so much !!
Disliked: The late checkout fee was steep 50$ish a hour but I believe that’s the only downside I had & I supppose book your Uber to dinner few mins early sometimes gets backed upped in the round about but I’m trying to find something now Lolol
