Lovely resort

Liked: The rooms, the pool, the people! The team at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate our requests even though they were at full occupancy. We stayed in the Key West section and the rooms are all freshly renovated. They are spotless. The pools are fabulous. The resort is top notch but the main thing that stood out was the level of customer service we received. The team here are super responsive... Front desk, security, housekeeping, maintenance and the team in the main pool bar. Customer Service across the board was excellent. They have a customer text alert system in place, Any issues you text them and they respond immediately. Really excellent.
Disliked: We were told the Key West area had a pool bar... technically they do but its only open at the weekend. Our stay was from Tuesday-Friday so having moved from the Hilton Tuscany Village we really missed the pool bar. However, there was a pool bar at the main pool. In every other way, Sheraton was far superior to Tuscany Village, particularly the cleanliness of the resort and the fantastic customer service. Only other niggle is the parking fee.....

Disliked: I didn’t like check in I got hound about payment when I had already paid they confirmed then at the pool I got hit in the head by another guess son and they told me kids will be kids and when I said I had brain surgery they said they was done talking no are you ok or nothing on top of that after check out I was hound again about payment terrible experience

Disliked: Parking should be included when you are at a resort. I dont understand why parking should cost extra.
