Liked: Beautiful
Disliked: Food service could have been a little faster. We ordered wings, chips and salsa and fries and it took 40 minutes.

Anniversary

Liked: Great stay! Loved the location—close to everything but still quiet. The amenities were great, and everything was super clean. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: I didn’t like that parking wasn’t included and had an additional daily fee. It would’ve been nice if it was complimentary for guests.

Liked: Accessibility to area attractions. Property had plenty of activities for all ages.
Disliked: If I had to give a negative response it would be that the menu at Breeze bar and grill has not changed, over the years.

Disliked: Some things missed in housekeeping and items/rubbish from previous guests found in room.

Paradise! Amazing resort! A++

Liked: Beautiful resort! Very clean rooms, comfortable, views from rooms are so pretty, centrally located, close to everything. Pools are incredible, waterfall is awesome! Places to eat, grocery store, gift shop, resort has it all.

Brilliant location, new parking charges...

Liked: We love the location on the Sheraton. We love the 3 different pools, the 3 different fitness centres and the activities programme.
Disliked: As a family we have been holidaying at the Sheraton Vistana villages once or twice a year for the last 15 years, it’s always been a great place to stay and suits our needs perfectly however this is the first time we have incurred parking charges which seem rather excessive. We appreciate that costs need to be covered but $25 a day plus tax is too much to ask for somewhere that was previously free to park. For our next trip to Orlando we will definitely take into consideration the parking charge and most likely need to look for elsewhere to stay to keep costs down.
