Overall very good

Liked: Lovely grounds. Well maintained. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Nice pool
Disliked: Had to call guest relations one night as there was a party going on in the room above in the early hours. Otherwise the rooms around us seemed to be filled with families with young children and all was very quiet. We don’t have a car and used the central market place once for snacks and bottle of wine. Cost over $100. Prices are frankly ridiculous and they are taking advantage of people. Wall greens over the road we discovered though. Signs all around the pool saying not reserve loungers and towels will be removed, but they aren’t. People Were very selfish leaving towels on chairs all day. I had to fish cans out of the pool one day. And rubbish from around the edge of the pool. Again signs saying no food or drink within 8ft. Isn’t enforced. Lovely shallow children’s section in the pool however over the Easter weekend there were constantly grown men throwing full American footballs to each other. My six year old daughter was hit in the face. Mindless, stupid and selfish behaviour with kids around. Same groups who were drinking cans in the pool. The Sheraton should monitor this so that everyone can have a good time, not just blokes drinking and throwing a football around. After these groups cleared off when the Easter bank holiday had finished it was lovely!

Amazing place to stay!

Liked: Location is great, it was a quick uber ride to the Disney Parks. We saved a lot of money compared to staying at a Disney hotel. The facilities here are great, I couldn't believe how big the place was! The pools are big and there's plenty of places to get a bite to eat or a drink. They have a shuttle service to help you get to your room with your bags which was super helpful. The beds were comfortable, the lounge and kitchen were well appointed and the bathroom was well set up. Everything was very clean and tidy with all the mod cons you could need. We also loved the local squirrels hanging around
Disliked: The bar/restaurant closest to our room closed very early and after a long day at the parks this would have been very handy. The breakfast could have been better - it was billed as being an amazing breakfast so this was a bit of a let down. We loved the hotel though - these were very minor things
