Very good

All of the highlights from...

Liked: Great location on the North end of the beach. The staff, with a couple of exceptions, was terrific! The food was good and priced well for a family of 4.
Disliked: One elevator was shut down my entire 9 day stay and the other was down for a portion of the stay. Had to use the stairs to 6th floor. 2 of the front desk workers were rude and dismissive. I went through 3 TV remotes and the cord to my phone was cut. The hotel provided a new cord but I had to install it. I also did not like that I had to pay $25.00/night to park.

Liked: Location and amenities were great. Pool was great. Restaurant breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The line for the breakfast buffet was long and seating was very limited. The hotel staff was so busy they messed up our initial check in and only gave us one room, even though we booked two rooms. In addition, the wait to speak with hotel staff was very long. Any number you call just rings and rings. No answer. I had to wait in line at the desk for about 15 minutes if I needed something. Rooms were very small, but not too the point I would say they degraded the stay even more. Finally, the elevators... What a terrible situation. Two elevators for the entire hotel on floors 3 and above. We waited about 10 minutes in a line every single time we had to use an elevator. It was ridiculous.
