Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel

Inconvenient but nice location

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: One of the elevators were out of service until the end of our stay causing a 30 min to an hour wait just to get to the lobby , almost positive they placed us in a different room as we booked a “pool side view” the balcony on the room faced the front street with no pool nor beach insight and once brought up to staff they insisted we booked a half city half beach view , where was also wrong because all that was seen was city .

Disliked: The pool stayed a little bit of a mess during the day. Someone should come check during the day The towels and trash.

Liked: Room was pool/beach accessible which was amazing.
Disliked: The restaurant needs work. We ordered some food that took kinda long to come out, and when we asked for utensils, I guess Monique forgot, so we had to ask the bartender for utensils. Nonetheless, the food was really good; however, the service was lacking, which made the experience not as good as it could’ve been.

Liked: The Staff from the Restaurant also worked at the outside Bar that was located near our room at the pool. I was super Impressed with Monique, Lee and Mason as well as the 2 girls that were waiting on the outside tables.I watched them work and they are amazing at what they do.
Disliked: We booked for a king room with a sleep sofa and neither room was what we asked forThe pool was dirty, The pool towels were not collected and there wasn't any left by mid afternoon.There were alcoholic containers left all around the pool area
