Liked: Very friendly staff. there were numerous options for swimming. The location was convenient to a number of restaurants.
Disliked: I didn't like that the housekeeping staff doesn't come in to clean each day when you have a pet. Even though it was stated the pet was crated. Very inconvenient.

Disliked: Housekeeping service tends to be very late in the day but the room was always spotless.

Liked: Right on the beach and able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Liked: The room was clean and loved the outdoor pool.
Disliked: The elevator was so slow and was usually full of people when it finally showed up. One of the elevators broke down during our stay which made waiting for an elevator even more time consuming.

Liked: Beds were perfect
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was cold morning staff seemed to not want to be there for the guests. Room was not cleaned for on second day and we had to ask for cleaning third day

It was a great experience,...
Liked: Location was perfect. Parking was good also helped out a lot. Had a indoor pool, outdoor pool and the ocean what more could I have asked for. Me and my family enjoyed our stay with you guys.
Disliked: booked at the last minute maybe could?ve gotten it cheaper but that?s on me other then that I?m glad we found rooms that were right next door with our family members.

Liked: Location and check in - ladies- staff
Disliked: A lot of dogs with their smell and aggressiveness staying in all sections of the hotel not separated from other much needed -no animal- sections of the hotel.

Liked: The location was awesome
Disliked: The room was ok. It certainly could have used some additional cleaning. There was no information in the room concerning how to connect to wi fi- if room service was available or not , a menu for room service, there was a flip book on the desk which appeared to be where this info should have been located- it was empty. No tv channel instructions. We could not get the a/c turned on in the room when we arrived. I called the front desk and inquired if the thermostat on the wall should work. The agent told me it should work so she sent a maintenance personnel to the room. He said no it is not supposed to work and there should have been a sign on the wall indicating to use the floor unit by the sliding glass door. He was very nice and helpful and informative. For the price we paid- overall it was disappointing.
