Disliked: Most of the staff are not customer friendly. The room I booked is not the same with the room I was provided. When I complained at the front desk. They said it was booking.com's fault and they cant do anything since I did not book directly from them. In the morning, I was told we didnt have free breakfast but my booking specifically said I paid extra for the breakfast already. The front desk on duty again sighed and I felt like I was forcing her to provide me the breakfast vouchers. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) didn't get to sleep well. Never booking again to any Sheraton hotels. The only nice person was Ashley from the bar/breakfast area who greeted us pleasantly and was very friendly. Please train the front desk employees professionally and fix your listing description issues on your booking platforms!
