Disliked: The gym and pool was very far and needed to go outside to enter. No suana or steam , no lobby in the tower I stayed in. Empty mini bar.

Liked: Breakfast in the 25th floor lounge varied each day. Mostly good
Disliked: A first for me in a hotel members lounge - there was a charge for alcoholic drinks. Never experienced this before.

Great downtown location

Liked: Location was very good for the downtown area.The lights and spaciousness of the courtyard area were excellent.
Disliked: Water pressure could be better.

Disliked: The property was congested and dated. The beds were not wide enough, as there were two double beds, which were not suitable for our family of four.Room allocation should have been considered as the size and age group of the family were known when booked. Went to have breakfast, which was in the next building, and it was a bad experience as we are well-traveled as a family, but never come across such behaviour. We were asked when approached for breakfast, "Do you know you have to pay for the breakfast?" Wow, that was not supposed to happen, as when you booked, you knew that breakfast was not included, so whoever was at the reception needs to be educated/trained, or maybe non-whites are being questioned, very rude to ask!. Also very congested bathroom with a crooked toilet seat, knees touching the shower door while sitting.
