Hotel was clean and tidy

Liked: Room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Location a bit of a walk, to shorefront and not many restaurants close by.
Disliked: No Tea in room , and papercups. Not what I expected from this chain of hotels. Seems like coffee is the preferred choice and not many cater for tea drinkers.Milk choice was a dried cafemate for coffee, once agin not suitable for tea drinkers.We had to go out and buy milk.May not be a big issue but worth pointing out.

Great location, lots to offer,...

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Vancouver with bus stops just outside. Staff were very helpful with requests, and I was even able to check in a few hours earlier than planned which was very handy. I was also unable to repack a sleeping bag I had needed prior to this stay before checking out. I spoke to the concierge to ask if there was somewhere I could donate this and they assured me that if I left it in my hotel room with a note, they would make sure it was donated for me - I thought this was excellent customer service.
Disliked: My room was a joint room with a door connecting to the hotel room next door. This was not much of an issue, and the door was locked so security was not a bother, but you could hear conversations through the door which was not ideal when your neighbour comes home drunk at 3am haha. A minor inconvenience though on an otherwise excellent stay.
