Great location. very clean
Liked: I loved where it was located, it was centrally located and close to a lot of restaurants and to the touristic areas.

Kind and helpful staff, beautiful...
Liked: We were travelling with two small children and everyone at the hotel was so incredibly helpful! We were upgraded to a larger room and genuinely just shown such gracious hospitality throughout our stay - we will definitely stay here again :)

I had a fantastic time...
Liked: I had a disappointing experience during my stay at the Sheraton hotel that should not happen to any guest, especially at such a reputable establishment. I accidentally left my key card in my room, so I went to the front desk to request a new one. The desk clerk, a lady named Nicole, asked for my room number, which I provided. She then asked for identification. I explained that the only form of ID I had was my ATM card, which had my name on it, and that I had used it to pay for my room. Additionally, I mentioned that my identification had been photocopied at check-in, but Nicole insisted she couldn’t accept it.To my surprise, she made me wait for nearly an hour, standing there while she called for security to escort me back to my room to retrieve my identification so they could verify my identity before issuing a new key card. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially since all she needed to do was check the data page of my passport, which they already had on record.I felt so embarrassed as other guests looked at me, making it seem as though I was trying to access a room that was not mine. This is not the level of service I expected from a hotel like the Sheraton. Furthermore, upon our check-in, we were asked to carry our four pieces of luggage ourselves, which felt more like a budget hotel experience rather than what we anticipated from a high-end establishment. Overall, my stay was exasperating, and I cannot see myself returning to the Sheraton in the future due to the unprofessionalism I encountered.

Nice hotel, great location
Liked: I was on 23rd floor right at the corner with a great view over downtown, the location is also perfect with everything within walking distance, the sky train station is not far away and there are bus stops just by the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is nice, but the cleanliness could have been better. I could see some dirt on carpet that was left behind from previous guests, also the house keeping would clean your room very late at times, once my room was cleaned sometime around 4-5 pm, the last thing I did not like was the late check out request, I asked for a late check out of 1 hour at 12pm instead of 11 am, and it was rejected by the front desk (I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights), I travel a lot and stayed in many different hotels, normally most of them are nice enough to accept such requests especially when you stay that long and the hotel is an international brand etc.
