Okay, but would not stay...

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was nice.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction and it was difficult to reach the lobby directly from your room - you would have to go through the restaurant when it was open to reach the front lobby. If the restaurant was closed, you would have to go outside then reenter to the front to the lobby. The hotel security was completely lacking and the entrances seemed unsafe - I also did not see security cameras anywhere from our north entrance from the parking lot. The hallways were very dimly lit and the carpet in the hallways look old and dirty. None of the metal doors leading to hallways where the rooms were closed properly, so another reason to question the security of the hotel. The furnishing in our room were nice and modern but the room carpet was old, stained and dingy - I was afraid to walk barefoot on it.

Enjoyed the pool!

Liked: The pool was great for our kids & grandkids.
Disliked: The hallways were dirty mainly due to the trees (eucalyptus). The parking lot was very dirty.
