Liked: The heated pool is very very relaxing. It wasn’t hot tub hot.
Disliked: Outdoor area is not much, a pond feature was emptied maybe for the season but maybe has been in disrepair for longer. Some areas of the property show their age.

Great place with friendly staff

Liked: Very nice Hotel next to Toronto Pearson International. We stayed for two days at the end of our Canada trip and had a great time there. The staff is really friendly, helpful and sweet. The rooms are big, well equipped (including a espresso machine) and the beds are comfy. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view across the area including the airport. They have a gym and a pool which we used. Breakfast is good, we also used the restaurant in the evening which was also very nice and delicious. Also the hotel offers a 24h shuttle bus service to the airport which we used to get from the airport into the city (take the UP train to Union Station) on our last day.

Disliked: The facility is old, room smell is terrible

Liked: The lobby was beautiful and rooms weee exceptionally clean. Everything we needed in the room. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing with so many options. 100% would stay here again!

Liked: Pool was deep. Big soft beds.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included even though when I booked it was supposed to be extra 30$ for parking. Rude staff.
