Great but a bit disappointed...

Liked: The ambience is welcoming to guests
Disliked: No prior notice that the swimming pool cannot be used. That was one of the reasons why we chose Sheraton so my son can enjoy swimming, supposedly.

It was an excellent getaway...

Liked: The room was what I liked the most, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was real friendly and professional.
