Disliked: We stayed on the club level and the attendant was not maintaining the supplies of breakfast foods, cups, plates.

Liked: Excellent staff and a restaurant that served Beyond burgers! Nelson helped me out with a difficult situation and I am forever grateful for him.
Disliked: My room was too close to the elevator and there was none other available at the time I arrived.

Great location. But the room...

Liked: The hotel is also dorm for SU students. There were students living on the same floors we were staying in. It looked a little tired and run down. The floor that we stayed looked worn and a little dirty. It looked like they hadn't been maintaining the property. Come to find out, they are closing the hotel in May and converting it into student housing. So I suspect they haven't been maintaining it in anticipation of that changeover.
Disliked: The beds were tiny and uncomfortable.

Disliked: we booked the room with queen bed and bathtub and upon arrival it was said we were booked for 2 doubles? Then we were put in a queen room which had no bathtub so we had to change rooms.
