Overall the hotel was amazing

Liked: Room was beautiful and cleaned , comfortable bed definitely one of the best hotels i have been too
Disliked: I didn't like i had paid for breakfast and couldn't buy more and that option wasn't allowed didn't understand that at all

Disliked: I was woken up at 5am because I was bit by a BEDBUG . my arm was red and had a big lump on it The bedbug was still alive and walking on my bed I lost it smh I never even seen a bedbug up close . I’m sorry but for $300 a night I don’t wanna go through this. The hotel staff explained that no manager was on site but he’s responsive and cards are by the elevations with the number to reach management and so on but I emailed the general Manager before check out and now it’s Monday morning and I haven’t heard a word just feel like I’ve been beat out of my money . We had to pack up at 5am and go downstairs get a new room and travel back up to the 14th floor and then I really couldn’t sleep once I got in the new room I was already grossed out . So hopefully something can be done and I will be contacted soon because I know this isn’t what this hotel stands for if so my first experience staying here was a disaster. we just wanted a nice staycation with no kids and enjoy a lovely suite but that was short lived .

Liked: Sheraton Suites Wilmington offers a spacy and comfortable room and salon. The bed is of great quality to guarantee a good night rest. Very well situated in Wilmington's business center.
Disliked: - The ongoing refurbishing work to the elevators were not very well indicated (eg sign of unavailability didn't match with the reality)- Think that the common hotel spaces like corridors and doors really need a refurbishment too, they're run down...- Breakfast service is understaffed
