Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport

Overall not a bad hotel. Better than going directly into the city and staying. They do offer a shuttle into the city as well, and they validate your parking at the desk.

Liked: We had good service and were offered a complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: It was far from the city and the parking gate didn't work with our room key.

Liked: Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Reliable airport shuttle. Great bartender and a decent restaurant for dinner. Quiet.
Disliked: Facility is a bit dated and could use some updating, but overall it was a great place to stay before an early flight.

Disliked: Had to switch rooms because the shower didn’t work. House keeping should of reported that since you can’t actually clean a shower without water

Liked: Room are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Front desk employee need to learn that they are responsible for making the first and last impression on each guest, greeting the guest by name, making eye contact, smiling, actively listening, and asking about their needs and not just give out keys and process payment. Additionally, they may offer assistance with luggage or directions to your room.
