Overall not a bad hotel. Better than going directly into the city and staying. They do offer a shuttle into the city as well, and they validate your parking at the desk.

Liked: We had good service and were offered a complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: It was far from the city and the parking gate didn't work with our room key.

Liked: Convenient Location, very easy to get to anywhere you needed to, felt close to everything, staff was extremely friendly, they were very helpful with everything, my car wouldnt start check out morning and they went out of their way without hesitation to help me get it started, the staff is what made the stay worth it

Disappointed, other than an actual...

Liked: The hotel was close to the sports complexes and events. Since the room was a Suite, it had 2 TVs, microwave, refrigerator, sofa bed, and king bed. The check in and check out was good.
Disliked: Not what I expected from a hotel called "Suites". This was the first time in all of my stays at a hotel or motel (1 Star - 5 Star) that I didn't have any trash can in the room or bathroom at all. So where do you put the trash? Asked for one and still nothing. Bed was very uncomfortable, and it felt like a 10+ year old lumpy mattress. Hand wash bottle was almost empty and that was still after servicing the room. Kitchenette sink didn't turn on but dripped loudly all day and night. And charged me more for the stay (room, taxes, & deposit) than I was initially quoted and told on the phone. Place needs a lot of fixing up inside, not what I expected for the money I spent for 2 nights stay at a place with Suites.

Disliked: There was no explanation of charges for the room. It was more than expected. I had to ask. Wouldn't split room charge and security deposit on 2 different cards. Wall outlets by one bed did not work. Notified front desk. Would send someone to check, but no one did, that i know of. Still wasn't working at check out. Room had no explanation of facilities, restaurants, bars, and vending machines. Had to figure things out on my own
