Sheraton Suites Galleria Atlanta

This hotel was great! I loved the location; the front desk staff was very nice and professional, and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Check in was smooth and easy.
Disliked: The gate for garage parking was broken, and you had to buzz someone to open the gate everytime you needed to leave.

A nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Liked: Shuttle drove us to the Cobb Center for the concert and picked us up at 11:00 PM although the service normally ended at 9:00PM. I will always use the hotel for concert stays. The dining room provided a great meal and service. No need to go out.

Liked: The suite was beautifully laid out and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great! My only complaint is the adjoining room guest could be heard quite plainly through the connecting room door.

Liked: The nondescript rooms are plainly renovated, somewhat spacious, and reasonably pleasant, though they can feel stuffy since the windows don’t open. The lobby is uninviting and joyless, and the poorly presented complimentary breakfast is in dire need of a rethink. During my stay I encountered a cantankerous staff member who later apologised—thankfully, this seemed to be an isolated incident, as the rest of the staff were generally cheerful and accommodating.The pool was closed for maintenance—probably a blessing in disguise, as its entire setup was quite off-putting (the website photos are heavily edited and misleading). The nearby footbridge was also closed for repairs, making it a real hassle to cross the street. While this wasn’t the hotel's fault, they failed to communicate it, which added to the frustration.Nearby accommodation options are of a similar calibre, so no matter where you end up staying in this forsaken corner of Atlanta, it’s unlikely to make much of a difference.
