The manager was rather uncooperative and didn't have a decent explanation as to why his employees would say one thing and he acted like he had never even heard of a complimentary breakfast before. Might sound petty but $65 for breakfast plus tip isn't petty to me. Terrible management and uninformative staff turned my nice night into a terrible morning.
Disliked: Employees and management aren't on the same page with things and false information was given to me about the "complimentary breakfast". Had I known it was $15 a person I would have gone elsewhere.

Liked: Everything was on point. From the valet parking until you get to your room. They were professional not to mention how they greeted us. I was home Thank you again. I will definitely come back again

Liked: I loved that the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable beds.
The staff was beyond accommodating great stay!

Very displeased about my stay!
Disliked: The whole purpose of my trip was to see the doctor. It would have been great if we were made aware of the construction/ renovation when booking. In addition, we were told that complimentary valet services were provided. That was fine or so we thought until we received the rental with a crack on the windshield which is quite sure is as a result of the construction. We spoke to management at the Sheraton who then informed us that the valet service is outsourced and we were told to deal with the valet service company. That should NOT have been our responsibility since the hotel offers a complimentary valet service. I?m very ticked off about that and we are now waiting to see if the rental company is going to charge us for a cracked windshield That had nothing to do with us.

Disliked: The lady checking us in took forever. Other desk personnel checked in 2 people in the time it took to check is in.
