Stay away, you have more...
Disliked: On my second day, I woke up to the smell of burning coming out of my AC vents. I called the front desk and maintenance was sent to my room. In my room, the front desk never answered the phone when I called from my room phone. Each time I had to call from my cell phone to reach an employee. This led me to believe that my phone wasn't working properly. When the engineers came to check my AC, they told me the motor went bad. They said they would come to fix it. They never came back. After about 20 minutes I called the front desk to find out if they were coming back to fix my AC. Shortly after that, a woman gave me keys to a new room, I was being ?upgraded? to a club room. I could not eat any of the complimentary food that was offered in the club room because I am vegan and everything on the menu is made by some sort of animal product. When I told the front desk this, they gave me a food and drink voucher for the restaurant. The only items on the menu I could have were the fries and veggie burger. I only ate from the hotel that day. I got sick and vomited up all of my food that night. Countless times my room key either didn't work in my room or in the club room so on multiple occasions I had to go to the front desk to reset my keys. Supervisors Penelope and Preston promised me I?d receive a 50% refund for my stay then $50 and a refund on my food, none of this happened. I contacted Annternett Nixon and Michael Lundwall, both managers of this location to receive some sort of refund. After multiple email and phone call attempts neither one of them have responded and I?m filing a formal complaint against this location with Marriott?s International, the corporate office. Stay away, you have more options to go to other places!
