Ok, but sink shouldn’t be...

Liked: Very spacious, but chipping paint and bathroom sink outside toilet area is disturbing. Our room (416) is right above AC unit for whole building (very noisy all day and night). Mattress was very comfortable but should be covered with mattress cover to prevent allergens and bedbugs.
