Sheraton Suites Akron Cuyahoga Falls

The hotel was comfortable, easy to access and within a short cab ride ($15) of E.J. Thomas Hall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is is wonderful and only surpassed by the breathtaking view of the snow covered, icicle ladened, partially frozen, running river that can be seen out of the many windows. The wine selection is plentiful (had the Smith and Hook Cabernet). Our experience was less than grand due to some unsightly carpet stains in the bedroom. Overall, I believe this facility could benefit greatly with some upkeep maintenance. We will return.

Disliked: Overall upkeep in need of some renovations.

Liked: Great view of the river and pleasant staff. Room was spacious and well maintained.
Disliked: None really other than petty things, such as it would be nice to have a couple of hooks on the wall in the bathroom and sink area to hang clothes and other items on for convenience.

Disliked: Very expensive and no breakfast. Parking was terrible.

Lovely trip with our little...

Liked: Everything was very comfortable. The staff was top notch though. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially to our two senior little dogs we travel with. They really made us feel at home! The food was excellent too! We look forward to coming back!
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything not to like. They are doing some upgrades which is good because some things were a little dated. Everything is still in excellent shape though as it is when you have quality furnishings that are well maintained.
