Terrible

Liked: The hotel description does not match the actual stay experience. I am very dissatisfied and have contacted the hotel however they are not taking responsibility. I made a booking and stayed with them, however the experience was far from 5 star. They were renovating where there was constant drilling and noise from 8am to 5pm. They did not make me aware of this prior to my stay and traveling in from Sydney, on a 25 hour flight, I was unable to look for another place to book. I have an 18 month old that requires naps so this was extremely frustrating. When I did complain about this, they only offered to move me up one floor, which did not solve the noise issue at all. I have put through a complaint through their website and they explained that they have put that there are renovations occurring, however this is false. There is nowhere on bookings.com that they have shown this. In addition to this, they advertise for 24 hour gym service and sauna in which none of these were available due to their renovations. They charge premium 5 star hotel prices and offer a 3 to 4 star hotel experience and false advertising. I am extremely disappointed. If I had known about the false advertising and the constant noise, I would have booked another hotel.

Nice stay in the middle...

Liked: The staff were lovely. We had a newly renovated room. We were able to walk to most places. It was great having a coffee machine.
Disliked: The rooms are very small. Some of the renovations aren’t very practical.

Stockholm, Absolutely Amazing. Beautiful place...

Liked: The hotel was next to everything, Coffee shops, reastaurant, palace, town hall we walked to everything we wanted to see. Great hotel for all amenities.We even went on a boat trip, also underground to see all the art work.
