Concert hotels was very helpful in getting me a room with not much notice for the Ironman 70.3 after our Airbnb host cancelled. The hotel worked out perfectly for my family and I. My girls loved the pool!

Liked: Everything about this hotel was perfect, right down to the water pressure in the shower! Note: parents with children should know that the water in sink and tub/shower gets extremely hot! Take caution with kids using water in their own.
Disliked: We didn't go to the onsite restaurants due to pricing. I'm sure they were lovely and well worth the cost though.

Disliked: One of the women at the front desk was very rude. However the guy who checked us in was wicked nice and helpful, 3 of the 4 elevators did not work. The "free" breakfast was not free.

Liked: We have previously stayed here. Staff is wonderful, great location, room is spacious.
Disliked: Bed was TOO soft, as were the pillows. Have not experienced this issue in previous stays.
