Excellent pre flight stay

Liked: Madhus restaurant was excellent
Disliked: Our bedroom was too hot and the air con didn't seem to make any difference. There was a fan in our room which seemed to indicate this was a regular issue

Liked: Everything was perfect.
Disliked: I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY WE WERE TREATED WITH WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUR ORIGINAL BOOKING, COULD NOT GET INTO THE PROPERTY, COULD NOT CONTACT BOOKING. COM OR ANYBODY ELSE. FOR A COMPANY LIKE BOOKING. COM I THOUGHT THIS WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING I BET YOU DON'T POST THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE. HOPEFULLY I WILL HEAR FROM YOU WHEN I RETURN FROM MY VACATION.

Unfortunately problem with AC but...

Liked: Hotel is great
Disliked: Booking.com, through their reluctance to talk to me have totally ruined what should have been a good stay. We did have problems with the air con in the room, this has been highlighted to both the hotel and booking.com. The hotel has tried to rectify the issue to no avail as it was booked through a third party but booking.com refuse to communicate with us.

Not up to expectations

Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: We booked this hotel because on booking.com they said they had a swimming pool as the weather was in the 30s. We got there to be told at reception the pool has not been in existence for 2 years! If we had known this we would not have booked this hotel, as this was our prime criteria. Would not recommend on this basis, Also the outside space was locked with no access

Ideal as it was close...

Liked: very comfortable. We were designated guests of the day, were upgraded, had breakfast no extra charge and parking overnight, all very good. were not too impressed with the meal or general ambience of the sports bar restaurant, the allternative being the Indian restaurant which we didn't favour.
Disliked: Sports Bar restaurant.
