Sheraton Sioux Falls Hotel & Convention Center

Concert at Denny Sanford Center which connects to the hotel. What a convenient spot!

Liked: Great staff; clean room; great linens and bed.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

I had a great stay. The tub drain was slow and I reported it to the front desk staff at checkout.

Liked: TV, room, atmosphere, elevator, lounge, waterfall, ambiance. Very nice hotel. So nice that it's attached to the Denny Sanford Center.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very nice and clean and close so you can walk to the concert you are there to see.

Liked: Could walk to concert.

Loved the convenience to the Denny Sanford Center. Little ones loved the elevator. Definitely would stay again.

Liked: Front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean - loved the upgrade!
Disliked: Was disappointed when we ordered room service that they were out of pizza. Breakfast server was not as pleasant as other staff.

I am sure all local hotels hike their rates for concerts. This room absolutely did not offer anything that justified the cost. Never again.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Way too expensive for what felt like single ply toilet paper. Will not stay there again, there was nothing to justify the cost.

Our overall experience was great. Our room was very clean; staff was very pleasant and helpful. No complaints!

We were able to check in a little early, which was really nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this motel in the future to anyone. Excellent!

The hotel looked beautiful at first but then we were put in the unfinished side. Glass window in bathroom door was very strange and uncomfortable; no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, but the connection to the Denny Sanford Arena was great.
