Liked: Nice room, quiet.
Disliked: Check in was awful. Short staffed for check in. Long line, staff in a hurry. Not a good experience after a long travel day.

Liked: From the moment we pulled up to check in the experience was already more than expected. The staff was extremely nice. The entrance of building and lobby were very clean and decorations were very modern like. Our room was also very clean and tidy, but the View to San Diego and Coronado Bay was really the surprise and best part of our stay.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything is great. The location was perfect. It was our first time staying near an airport hotel in San Diego and literally no bad comments.

Disliked: Parking wasn't great. Especially for bigger vehicles. There was an event at the hotel and people couldn't any close parking., some of our family and friends had to leave because of this.

Out stay at this hotel...
Disliked: When we checked in as you know we had 2 rooms, we got in the rooms and we went out for dinner when we came back to the hotel, one of the rooms we couldn’t get in because the key was not working, came down stairs to the reception (after midnight)they kept us waiting over one and half an hour because of the confusion they created they couldn’t figure out which rooms belonged to us , we had another major problem with vallet attending that we were harassed with them .so they ruined our whole vacation.
