Very good

Overall, a nice clean friendly...

Liked: It was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was close to our family.
Disliked: Small suggestion: the channel guide on the TV only displays the channel names and none of the programming. So one has to watch one channel at a time, wait for the commercials to get over before you know what’s showing. Not a large problem but most of your competition does it better. PS there are two channels with lots of movie selections but each movie costs $21.99.

Disliked: They left my room open and nobody called me to discuss anything about it. My staff was left all over the place.

Good enough

Liked: Cafe staff. Beds comfortable. ADA room for my mom.
Disliked: Asked well in advance for an ADA room with connecting. Called property directly. I was told there were none with those specs. Not it’s booked, but property does not have. They nicely gave meRoom next door. When we checked in there was a very rowdy loud family on the other side of the connecting. My mother is 92 and WC confined.

Nice and comfortable

Liked: The facility was clean and comforting. The provision of basic supplies in the lobby is awesome.
Disliked: Breakfast was included in my booking, but I was denied the service. The refusal of the hotel staff to allow me to have breakfast was subsequently discovered and communicated to me at checkout. I've not been compensated for the service that was denied, even though it was fully paid for and included in my booking.

Liked: Overall our stay was very good. clean, centrally lacated and friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking was full, and we were charged for it even though we were never told there would be a parking fee.
