Cancelled flight needed sleep

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: I waited 45 minutes in line at 11 pm at night to check in.

Excellent value

Liked: Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room and common areas. The check in person was superb- friendly, helpful and efficient.
Disliked: One of the queen beds had a red mark on the bedspread which looked like lipstick or blood. There was a half eaten chocolate in the fridge. The pool was a bit dirty but that didn’t stop us from having fun. The hot tub part was relaxing.

Liked: Small touches were nice. Welcome/goodbye on the tv screen. Small light on. Very welcoming when I arrived. Prices reasonable in restaurant. Food was good. Limited but good. Everything clean and sharp looking. I’d stay again if I needed to fly out from Richmond.
Disliked: Some staff couldn’t speak English. Not a big issue but even when I said thank you, for cleaning, I just got nothing but her back. Happened at the desk too. I apparently approached the wrong person. Airport shuttle 15 mins late.

it was a decent time,...

Liked: the streaming services and wifi was good. the room was nice unfortunately the first room we had the AC didn't work.
Disliked: AC didn't work in the first room. And i didn't get the front desk lady name, she worked the overnight shift at 7/18/25. She told me she was going to come to our room to check the AC. I entrusted her to do while i went to the store. My girlfriend inform me that the lady did not come to room. And if she knocked it wasn't loud enough. When i came back to the front desk she told she couldn't go back to the room. That was so inconsiderate of her! I had a newborn and a 11 yr old that whole night they slept uncomfortable in that room our first night.
