Disliked: However, I did encounter an issue with the handling of my luggage. When I requested to have my luggage stored securely until I could go up to my room, it was returned to me with a black grease stain. I reported this incident to the front desk and requested to file a complaint for mishandling and the damage to my luggage, which was brand new and beige. The staff at the front desk was courteous and professional; they corroborated the incident with their security cameras and assured me that I would be reimbursed for the damages.While I appreciate their prompt response and the assurances provided, I am still awaiting the reimbursement and resolution of the damages. I trust that the hotel will uphold its commitment to repairing the damage and compensating for the mishandling.
