Liked: Pool and pool staff were great! Easy uber ride to anywhere in San Juan. Room was clean, comfortable and service was great!

Liked: The staff was friendly and accessible. My room was clean and had a nice view of the city.
Disliked: During the conference experience, I was attempting to access the floor where the party was being held. I asked the security guard why my card may not be working. He asked if I using a fake card in the hotel. I was absolutely appalled at the insinuation! I could not believe that would be his assumption.
