Liked: Good location, great room service and nice amenities
Disliked: No microwave in room and no where to wash clothes.

Liked: The property was clean. I liked that there were events taking place. I loved that the staff was super polite. I liked that the hotel was in a great location and there was a complimentary shuttle to old San Juan and a near by beach.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have microwaves but was glad there was a shared one on the 4th floor. A bit inconvenient as we stayed on the 8th floor but not too bad. One other minor complaint is that the sink in the bathroom did not drain well.
