Liked: Like the location, most amenities and price.
Disliked: All of the Hawaiian taxes for tourists, small bathrooms, ripped sheer curtains, cheap hallways and doors to the rooms, not enough restaurants at the hotel.

Liked: The location is perfect, right in the heart of Waikiki. The pool area is quite spacious compared with other hotels in the area.

Disliked: The elevator skipped the 19th floor many times and often took 15 or more minutes to arrive. Only 2 or 3 working. And the worst was this survey being sent at 4 in the morning. Woke me up.

My happy place did not...

Liked: The hotel itself is located in the perfect location to walk to the beach, shopping, most restaurants and to many hiking trails. The renovated Aiulani tower is very comfortable and nicely appointed. We felt safe and the lobby gives the perfect Hawaiian vibe.
Disliked: It’s temporary but the renovations of the elevators was a small drawback

Disliked: no aircon in lobby and only 3 lifts working hard to get a lift
