Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel At Station Square

Liked: Very nice and clean. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Never informed me of the extra $50 charge on my card for holding for damage or room charges.

Nice hotel with good location

Liked: Love the location, easy to navigate, and not too much traffic. It's not the newer hotel, but the room is clean. Great river view.
Disliked: This hotel is right next to the train rail, really noisy when any train is passing by.

Liked: Location. Also the front desk is nice, the room service staff is nice. He sent us a roller bed at 10 pm because the sofa bed is not working.
Disliked: We booked a double queen beds room for 3 people Then got "upgraded" to King suite, with one King bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was unbearable, it's not a real bed at all. The room service staff sent us a roller bed, but still the spring mattress is so uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the tiny sofa. The room is next to a vent and it's blowing barbeque smell from downstairs restaurant into our room, making us cough. It's really terrible experience. Parking is robbing, 34 flat rate at open air parking, while parking next door at the garage is 20 dollars for 12 hours, which is sufficient for the stay.
