Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel At Station Square

Liked: Very nice and clean. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Never informed me of the extra $50 charge on my card for holding for damage or room charges.

The hotel and staff were...

Liked: The property was very nice. The view of Pittsburgh was incredible especially at night and the restaurant/lounge was very nice.
Disliked: I did not like the location of the property. It’s in station Square and there is nothing open there. If you want to enjoy different places or different shops, you definitely have to leave the area and have a car

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great—within walking distance of the funicular.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel left a poor impression from the start. Check-in was disappointing—the receptionist was quite unfriendly, giving the impression that checking us in was a burden rather than part of her job.The room itself was not clean. There were coffee stains on the table and what looked like dried food on the bedside table. The bathroom was also dirty, with brown splashes on the door and grime around the handles. I’ve attached photos to show the condition.What was surprising was the printed price list for items in the room. While I understand the intent, the wording felt accusatory—essentially implying that guests might steal items and would be charged specific amounts. This made us uncomfortable and led us to photograph everything in the room upon arrival, just to be safe.We had booked a room with a view, and while the view was technically there, the windows were dirty and it detracted significantly from the experience.Overall, it was an unpleasant stay.

Liked: It was clean and we had a large room. The bar area was nice and our server was friendly
Disliked: Had to pay for parking

Overpriced for one night day.

Liked: My view, the facility was pretty and the ease of checking in.
Disliked: Paying for parking, paying for breakfast, half the plugs in my room didn’t work, the floor by the bathroom sink was not cleaned all the way they still had dirt and dust on it and old hair ties by the side of the sink. The room did not stay cold at all. It was barely cool. Over priced for a night stay.

Cannot be recommended for 331...

Disliked: Room was dirty. Carpet not cleaned. Table and night table sticky from spilled soft drinks. First night no room cleaning.
