Check in was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Extremely positive experience.
Disliked: The cleaning staff shouted through the hallway in the morning, causing me to wake up far earlier than needed.

We stay here every year...

Liked: We stay here every year (twice) for Penn Relays and Nationals. The parking garage (currently under construction but they have valet) and location make the choice easy. We can park and leave our car until we leave. The hotel is within walking distance to Franklin Field with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, too. The staff is always friendly and knows the area well.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!

Disliked: The fact that you have the nerve to turn off the water from 9 in the morning until 11 pm and still CHARGE US FULL PRICE is deplorable!!! My family and I had to check out early bc we couldn’t even take showers or use the toilet! I will be putting out a review on Google that details this!

Disliked: The room above me is having "renovations" and they started hammering at 7 am.The front desk say they talked to them and it's "typical" to start then.It's 8 am now and the hammering didn't stop.Wish i could give 0 stars
