The guy who checked us in (sorry I cannot remember your name) was great and friendly and helpful! Room was really nice; comfy bed; free wifi; shower pressure dope; super nice!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was immaculate. Would definitely stay again.
Liked: Extremely positive experience.
Disliked: The cleaning staff shouted through the hallway in the morning, causing me to wake up far earlier than needed.

An incredible and unforgettable experience.
Liked: From straight out the airport, to the trip back at the end, the service is beyond what we expected. We were picked up from the airport and bought straight to the villa. Upon arrival not only did the cab driver help with unloading the luggage but about 4-5 guys came down to take our bags up for us. These guys went above and beyond. They were the ones who provided our breakfasts every morning and lunch and dinner if we needed.
Location was great, given the view and it?s proximity with civilization not far down. The people around there were also very nice and friendly and the restaurants and services were very hospitable.
Their Indonesian menu is amazing, especially their Nasi Goreng. Must try it at least once when you?re there. Their American breakfast isn?t anything to write home about - maybe it was the fact that we requested breakfast very early (7AM) but it felt it was prepared the night before. The complimentary bottled water, drinks and snacks provided in each room were also very much appreciated, especially the daily restocking.
Overall the place was pretty clean. Clean towels, clean sheets and regularly cleaned dishes (and laundry if requested). The guys came in to clean the rooms daily so the rooms were also kept clean.
The pool is what made the place incredible and beautiful. First thing you notice when you walk in is the expansive infinity pool overseeing the beautiful ocean on the left, the city in the center, and the mountains on the right. The pool was cleaned regularly but did not appear as clean nearing the end of our visit for some reason.
One complaint we did have was the loud frog stuck in a trap underneath the floorboard by the pool that would croak sunset to sunrise that made it difficult to sleep. I don?t know why they didn?t get rid of it or how often frogs get caught in their trap but definitely was a nuisance.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to others
Disliked: There were many things that were beyond their (or our) control that is worth a mention that do not impact our rating of the place but might be worth taking into consideration for booking this villa (or villas in general). Firstly, you need to be open to plenty of insects and geckos everywhere. Second, you have to be ok with showers outside as 2 of the 3 showers are literally out in the open. We had a problem with one of the shower because it was visible from the windows of one of the other rooms. It made us uncomfortable but we made do with letting those in the other room know when we were showering and to not move their curtains.
