Liked: Close to my work. Otherwise, terrible facility. Old and need urgent upgrades.
Disliked: Old hotel with old amenities, dirty carpets, plumbing doesn’t work. Smells in the sink and bathroom. Doors don’t work properly… many customers are being locked out of their rooms. The elevators are old and don’t work. The bedding and towels are old and over used. Carpet with big stains. Restaurant service is slow and dirty utensils and carpet.

It was ok.

Liked: The room was comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was very nice and accomating. Not sure of his name. Tall, Black, bald man.
Disliked: Gift shop closed for an entire day. I needed pain meds. I was told to take their shuttle to CVS . Note- it was 97 degrees and the shuttle's AC wasn't working. Also, restaurant got food order wrong, 2 of the 3 times I ordered.

Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! I had an issue with Booking.com that you never resolved and the front desk associate, Matthew, resolved it immediately upon arrival. The property was IMMACULATE! Matthew gave us adjoining room so family could stay together. Our rooms were pristine. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and all our linens were WHITE. I appreciated the amenities - spa quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Also, coffee, tea and water. Our rooms had great views. The restaurant, gift shop and parking was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing. I'm 100% satisfied. feel they went above and beyond and provided excellent experience.
