Liked: Good location. Delivered on safety and cleanliness. Large, attractive common spaces.

Liked: My daughters loved staying in a hotel that looks like a castle. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The big pool, stocked with noodles for kids, was nice. The pull out sofa in the superior rooms is also helpful for families.
Disliked: The indoor pool was somewhat crowded when we used it, likely not an issue in the summer months when presumably both the indoor and outdoor pool are available. I wish the room's toilet area and the sink area were separate, so that we didn't need to queue.
