Disliked: Half the time half the elevators weren’t working. By the last day only one elevator was working.

Liked: The hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms. I love the balcony. It was very clean. The restaurant had good food friendly staff and the store was well stocked. All around a great place to stay. The room attendants did a great job, they were quiet and friendly, very attentive.
Disliked: The front desk staff was a little disengaged. I am a Marriott BonVoy member. My DIL made the reservations through a third party but no one asked about my status. I am a spoiled with the BonVoy app and was frustrated that I couldn’t use it. I understand about the points and that’s not my concern. Our final day a very nice person worked with me on a late checkout, so extra kuddos for that.

Bad

Disliked: The heating in room didn't work. It took 2hours time 9-11pm to go over this exercise. Only one person at check in, busy and wont answer call from room phone. Had to go personally to complain to Guest Service manger. Shocked by his reply that they have not switched their system from cooling to heating. Nothing can be done. So my 72 year old Arthritis Patient wife had to sleep in room with 66 cold temperature. Only respite the house keeping provided blankets. Never ever again in this hotel.
