Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel

Hotel is fine. Definitely 3 stars only. The rooms are tightly configured with more furniture than the room can comfortably handle. The noise from other rooms was terrible. We woke up multiple times to toilets flushing, screaming plumbing noises (showers?), slamming doors and hallway talking. Noise outside was also coming through (suitcases wheeling by, talking ,etc.). The linens felt very low budget - sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable yet bed and pillows are both too soft. Showers had great water pressure but we were unable to use the hand shower because of the screaming noise it made. Also the vent fan did not work. The bathroom doors being translucent still allow the bright bathroom light to get into the bedroom which is problematic if someone is sleeping in and the other is showering, as in our case. Employees were all very friendly and parking was super easy and seemed secure.

Liked: For the cost of $379 per night, I would have expected to include the breakfast in the price. The cost of breakfast was additional.
Disliked: Breakfast not included in price.

Liked: Our room type was a king with pull out sofa … the privacy wall with tvs on both sides was a good design and the large spa shower was so amazing!
