Will never book a hotel...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and great location.
Disliked: Food and drinks are way overpriced. Prepaid for my reservation and they charged me again at the hotel saying they didn't see any prepayment. Didn't seem to care when I told them I already paid and I'm sure it's because I didn't book direct. Still waiting for my reimbursement a week later.

Great trip, excellent stay and...

Liked: 19 Floor breakfast in the club was excellent.. Due to stay on Saturday and Sunday I ate downstairs and the service and food was as excellent!!
